The blueprint...

As I began the final task, I need to be organized and create my plan.

First I would like to establish the schedule. After speaking to my highly anticipated cast, an agreed date was the second week of February. The day will begin as follows:

-Breakfast at eleven a.m. for all cast and those on the team contributing to the media piece.

-Filming from twelve p.m. to three p.m.

-Dinner from three p.m. to four p.m.

-Cast is released and clean up by camera crew.

The following day will contain the same schedule to clean up and perfect scenes.

Next is the transition to the confirmed locations:

-Many scenes will be at a local park in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

-Some scenes will be at a warehouse if granted permission by owner.(Still in communication with owner)

-Lastly, a couple scenes will be at Broward mall.

To continue, here is the list of confirmed participants:

-Ayannah Alincy

-Stanley Michel

-Julissa Saint-Remy

-Tyson Alincy

Possible participants are: Alisha L.,  Aliya B., and Khila R.

Most importantly is Health and Safety. Here is what my team is doing to ensure that everyone is safe and mentally capable to participate in this film:

-Safety contracts signed.

-Written approval by parents.

-Adults present during filming at all times.

-First aid kit on site.

-No ill cast allowed near anyone.

-Water in cooler as source of hydration.

-Technology in reach to call emergency services if any threat or panic exposed.

Now to the fun part! Props used are:

-Cash

-Duffle bag

-AirPods

-Macbook Laptop.

Many are excited for the costumes! Costumes used are:

-Regular clothing for cast and participants.
-Black clothing for two main characters.

Last by not least is the backup plans. The team agreed to the following terms:

-Call replacement for cast if one cannot be in attendance.

-Used another local park if scene needs better scenery.

-Rewrite script.

-If film is not as good, attempt Pitch A and compare results.
