Finishing touches! Goodbye editing...Hello music video!

 Welcome back Emeralds! This is now the last time I am reminding you of my task. I must make a music video. This is my first time directing and recruiting cast members. I stress that I am using this assignment to effectively show my understanding of media terms. Let us continue the process from my last blog. As I last mentioned, a peer and I found that my opening and closing scene needed some changes. Therefore, I completely filmed it again from a different angle. Now filming is 100% DONE. All of the work the group and I produced is added. I used CapCut to edit and add transitions. I needed to cut the clips to shorter times to reach a total of one minute and ten seconds of footage. That was the main challenge. It was hard for me to decide whether I truly needed to keep certain scenes in. Overall, five scenes that I had did not even make it into the music video, as it did not correlate to the theme. Speaking of themes, I have a spoiler. The theme is having a friend group that excludes one. I aim to show the reality of doing activities with close friends versus doing it alone. To end, Emeralds, I hope you enjoy! Hello welcome back to my blog! Let us name my blog viewers "Emeralds". Just as Beyoncé' recognizes her fans and supporters as the "Beehive", I would like my viewers to be and feel acknowledged. Emeralds, I have been assigned to create a commercial about me. My focus for this commercial is to let the Emeralds have a more personal and direct connection with me.  Considering that creativity is not my best characteristic, I have decided to strengthen that.
